3 Reasons Why a Certain Amount of Coffee Is Good For You & The Environment

Many people can’t imagine starting their day without a cup of coffee in their hand. It is the first thing that they reach for, right after they wake up, and if they don’t get their cup of coffee, they can be quite grumpy. It is the perfect start to the day, and it provides them with the energy that they need, to get themselves out of the house, and off to work. After an exercise routine, people reach for a coffee to give them a lift, and some much needed energy. Studies suggest coffee is give you, and contains certain things that can help to protect your health, like heart disease, and the issues with brain function.

As well as providing you with the perfect start to the day, it also allows you to do your bit for the environment, and to reduce your carbon footprint. This means if you get the same fantastic taste, but you are also doing your bit for Mother Earth. It’s a win-win situation, both for you, and the planet. These are things that occur naturally, but they may lead to certain cancers, if they are not properly repaired by your body cells. It has been suggested, that as little as 2 cups a day of coffee, can help to protect you from this debilitating condition. Getting to drink 2 cups of coffee a day or more, enjoying its great taste, and not getting house owners, seems to be a very fair trade off.

It’s important to remember, that while coffee has been proven to be good for you, what you put into it, is a different story. Many people put high-fat cream, and process sugar into their coffee, and this leads to negative health benefits. When you’re having your coffee, try to use low-fat milk, and a natural sweetener. To add a little bit more flavour, maybe try adding cinnamon or some cocoa powder, to give it a little bit of a kick.
